When you submit our inquiry form, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, buyer type, equipment interest, quantity, destination, preferred trade term, and message. The inquiry backend also records the public IP address used to submit the form.

We use your details to respond to your sourcing inquiry, prepare quotations, coordinate inspections, and manage export communication. We do not sell or rent inquiry information.

Shared Inquiry Processing

This site uses the same inquiry field contract as other Zhongmei independent sites. A site-specific source marker keeps records distinguishable in the shared administration workflow. Storage and notifications depend on the deployment environment configured by Zhongmei.

Data Retention
